NPMS

In Industry 4.0, we implemented Nadfinlo Production Management Systems (NPMS) in order to optimize the management system and smoothen the operation.

Here are the philosophies of the system.

• Benchmarking the working standard and streamlining the operation based on ISO9001 and TS16949 quality system.
• Implementing Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) on product management in order to shorten the development cycle and improve R&D process. Related information would be synchronized with ERP system to monitor.

• Implementing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) for resource planning, material control, facilitating cost control and optimizing resource allocation via data management.
• Implementing Manufacturing Execution System (MES), displaying the real time status on a dashboard for real time monitoring in production plan.
• Implement LEAN for continuous improvement, eliminate waste, standardize working station, enhance visual management, regulate 7S activates, maintain Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) to ensure best performance for all equipment, accelerate PIE automation manufacturing process.
